Rates & Payment Information
The rate must be publically available and valid for the same arrival and departure dates. The rate must be listed in CAD$ (Canadian Dollars), not influenced by a currency conversion. If the cheaper rate be the result of a third party reseller selling NAPA Serviced Apartments at a loss, we may not be able to extend the guarantee benefits.
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. onwards on arrival day
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. or before on departure day

Book with only a $500 security deposit. No rental payment is due until the date of check-in upon key delivery. Flexible monthly rental billing is available.
$500.00 security deposit payment is required to confirm any reservations or bookings. This amount is held to guarantee the accommodation and for the purposes of confirming your stay. The security deposit is refundable to you upon your departure. Any special requests subject to a fee will be deducted from the security deposit including any damages to the unit due to negligence or misuse.
All credit card transactions towards rental payments or security deposits are subject to $0 surcharge.
